By downloading or using CribCruise ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
CribCruise is a free, ad-free mobile application that displays publicly available real estate listings in a visual, scrollable format. Users can sign in with Apple to access social features including friend connections and emoji reactions on listing photos. The App is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. CribCruise is not a real estate brokerage, agent, or advisor.
CribCruise uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes all your data from our servers.
CribCruise allows users to connect with friends and share emoji reactions on listing photos. By using these features, you agree that:
The App displays property listing data for browsing enjoyment. Listing information, including prices, descriptions, and photos, is sourced from publicly available data and may not be accurate, current, or complete. CribCruise does not provide real estate advice, appraisals, or endorsements of any property. Always consult a licensed real estate professional before making purchasing decisions.
The CribCruise name, logo, and App design are the property of the App's developer. Property listing photos and data belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of browsing property listings and social interaction with friends. You may not:
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that listing data will be accurate or up-to-date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of CribCruise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your account or the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. You may delete your account from the Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account to remove all associated data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
